A Sublingual Tirzepatide Option
Oregon Telemed’s current program offers a compounded sublingual tirzepatide microdosing option, when prescribed and clinically appropriate.
“Sublingual” means the medication is taken by mouth rather than by injection.
For patients who prefer a non-injection option, this may offer a different way to approach GLP-1 treatment.
Your provider and pharmacist will give you specific instructions for your prescription and explain how your treatment plan should be followed.
It is important to understand that compounded sublingual tirzepatide is different from FDA-approved injectable tirzepatide products.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review individual compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.

During the first 60 days, Oregon Telemed uses a one-month check-in to see how treatment is going.
If you are doing well, a full provider visit may not be necessary at that point.
If you have side effects, questions, or concerns, an additional telehealth appointment can be scheduled when appropriate.
Patients who are stable may then continue with approximately one maintenance telehealth visit every 60 days.
This approach is designed to provide appropriate oversight while keeping the process practical for patients.
Pharmacy Support Through Broadway Apothecary
Medication questions can come up between medical visits.
If compounded medication is prescribed through Oregon Telemed’s current program, patients also have access to pharmacy support through Broadway Apothecary.
The pharmacy team can provide medication-related guidance and help answer questions about your prescription.
Medication delivery is included in the standard starting treatment structure.
That means patients have access to both their Oregon Telemed care team and pharmacy support as they move through treatment.
What Does the Program Cost?
Oregon Telemed’s current GLP-1 program is organized around approximately 60 days of medication at a time, rather than a traditional monthly membership.

Pricing starts at $475 for your first 60 days
That is approximately:
$238 per month
The standard starting plan includes:
- Initial GLP-1 medical evaluation
- Approximately a 60-day supply of compounded sublingual tirzepatide, if prescribed
- Medication delivery
- Broadway Apothecary pharmacy support
- One-month treatment check-in
A $30 booking deposit is collected when your initial appointment is scheduled.
That deposit is applied toward your first 60-day cost and is not an additional fee.
Ongoing Care
For patients doing well with the standard maintenance plan, ongoing care starts at approximately:
$195 per month
or about:
$390 every 60 days
The standard ongoing treatment cycle includes:
