Watch for an email or text with a secure link and OTP code to complete your pre-visit questionnaire.

You'll receive a confirmation by email or text with your visit details and a secure link. Create or access your patient portal if needed.

Click the secure link in your confirmation 15 minutes before your appointment to join your video visit.

Once your click the link, you will be prompted to enter your name.

Then you will be asked to use your camera and microphone, you will need to allow permission.
