We’re based in Oregon and staffed by the board-certified doctors, nurses, and specialists who provide emergency room care at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, or if you need technical assistance, please call 541-919-8444.

NOTE: We are unable to provide prescriptions or refills for ADD medication, benzodiazepines, or narcotics.

  1. Insurance Coverage:
    • We only accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP) insurance for patients residing in Lane County and Deschutes County.
    • We accept commercial and private insurance from patients residing anywhere within the state of Oregon.
  2. Self-Pay Options:
    • For those who choose to self-pay, we offer a discounted rate of $125 per visit (regular rate: $150 per visit).
