Oregon Telemed is an Oregon-based medical group of providers that have been practicing locally for more than 40 years. We’re part of the Cascade Medical Associates group that has been providing care for patients in the emergency department at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center and Occupational Health at Cascade Health Solutions. We accept insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Why Telemed?
We always encourage you to see your primary care physician first, but if you cannot get in or don’t have one, then we are a great solution for a convenient and efficient visit without having to travel to a doctor or the ER. We also partner with businesses to provide telemed assessment of patients when they fall ill while at work, to help assess their medical needs and try to get them healthy and back to work as soon as possible. We accept insurance
Oregon Telemed contracts with almost all the local and national health insurance companies – including Medicare and Medicaid. Through Cascade Medical Associates, we’re a preferred provider in-network for most carriers. Co-pays are generally similar to your primary care clinic visits. If you are uninsured, we do have discounts for patients paying directly.
